The Isle of Wight is definitely one of our top trips. Join us for this ‘island hopping’ experience, transiting through London zones southbound to Portsmouth, we leave the mainland and fly across the Solent to IOW. This is a superb introduction to flying over water and great for advanced training. During the trip we’ll have the opportunity to circumnavigate this beautiful English Isle not forgetting of course the take in the famous Needles. A warm welcome awaits at Sandown EGHN where we will fuel both aircraft and pilots before heading back to Elstree.

If you are currently learning to fly our student trips are great practise for navigation, straight and level flight and radio work as well of course as being jolly good fun! Already passed? These trips are a great excuse to use your PPL, hone your skills, hour build or just spend time with other pilots. Aircraft owners are also welcome to join us, the more the merrier!
