What better begin to our Summer selection than a trip to the seaside! Departing Elstree (bucket and spade optional), we head southbound through City Airport and the Isle of Dogs then follow The Thames out via the estuary and along the Essex and Suffolk coastline to Felixstowe then inland to Cromer Airfield. Time to hop in a taxi and to the sea! Of course no trip to the seaside would be  complete without Fish and Chips followed by an ice-cream on the pier. Flying home we usually take a cross country route via Colchester, Chelmsford and Northweald Airfield.

If you are currently learning to fly our student trips are great practise for navigation, straight and level flight and radio work as well of course as being jolly good fun! Already passed? These trips are a great excuse to use your PPL, hone your skills, hour build or just spend time with other pilots. Aircraft owners are also welcome to join us, the more the merrier!
